BUILDING PERMITS AND PLANS

CONTRACTS
Work is carried out in three stages to minimise disruption: Design Development, Preliminary Works Agreement, Final Contract.

CONSTRUCTION
Our constructions are regularly inspected by independent surveyors who issue reports during the progress, with a final certificate upon completion.
